There’s nothing that will have a deeper impact on your spiritual health than spending time in solitude with the Book of Allah.

Over the weekend, try spending your time with Quran as follows:

  1. Select your favourite Surah.
  2. Read it’s summary, translation or tafseer.
  3. Recite it out loud.
  4. Reflect over the verses that capture your heart.
  5. Recite the Surah again, this time, in silence.
